Using the right mouse button can save you time and headaches. When you select an area you want to change, point in the selected area and click your right mouse button. You get a contextual menu... a menu with choices that are applicable to the selected object. You have about 80% of what you can do with that selection. Make the choice on the menu using your left mouse button and voilá, you are in a dialog box or in an area to select the change you want to make.
